As per policy, we do not offer a cash refund. Each customer will have 7 days from date of delivery or purchase date to return for store credit or exchange. Because inventory is constantly changing, an exchange is not guaranteed. If the item(s) is in stock, then we will continue with an exchange. For an exchange or store credit, item(s) must be in original packaging with tags attached. No dog hair, use of clothing, deodorant marks, or any scent on clothing will be accepted. We have the right to refuse any clothing with any of the above conditions at buyers expense.
